 RETURN & REFUND POLICY


 1. STANDARD RETURN POLICY (U.S. CUSTOMERS)


 A. Return Eligibility and Window

1. All requests for returns must be initiated within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.

2. To be eligible for a return, items must satisfy all of the following conditions:

    a. The item must be in its original, unused condition;

    b. All original tags, labels, and packaging materials must be intact and attached;

    c. The item must not show any signs of wear, washing, or alteration;

    d. Proof of purchase must be provided in the form of the original receipt or order confirmation number; and

    e. The item must not be among those listed in Section 1.D (Exceptions) of this policy.


B. Return Process and Procedures

1. Return Authorization Requirement

   All returns must receive prior authorization through our returns management system. To initiate a return:

   a. Access your customer account at [website];

   b. Navigate to the "Order History" section;

   c. Select the specific order containing the item(s) for return;

   d. Follow the prompts to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number; and

   e. Print the provided return shipping label.

2. Packaging Requirements

   Customers shall:

   a. Package returned items securely to prevent damage during transit;

   b. Include all original components, accessories, and documentation;

   c. Affix the provided return shipping label prominently on the outside of the package;

   d. Include the RMA number on all correspondence; and

   e. Retain proof of shipping until the return is processed.


C. Refund Processing and Payment

1. Method of Refund

   a. All refunds shall be issued to the original payment method used for purchase;

   b. Alternative refund methods may be offered at the sole discretion of each specific Seller;

   c. Store credit may be issued in cases where the original payment method is no longer valid; and

   d. Gift card purchases will be refunded as store credit only.

2. Refund Timeline and Calculations

    a. Initial refund processing begins within two (2) business days of return receipt at our facility;

    b. Refund amounts will be calculated as follows:

      i. Original purchase price of the returned item(s);

      ii. Less any return shipping fees, unless due to our error;

      iii. Less any original shipping charges, which are non-refundable;

      iv. Less any applicable restocking fees as outlined in Section 1.C.3.

3. Restocking Fees

   a. A restocking fee of fifteen percent (15%) may be assessed for:

      i. Returns without original packaging;

      ii. Items showing signs of minor handling; or

      iii. Incomplete product sets or bundles.

   b. Restocking fees will be waived for:

      i. Defective items;

      ii. Incorrectly shipped items; or

      iii. Items damaged in transit.


D. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

1. The following items are expressly excluded from our return policy and cannot be returned under any circumstances:

   a. Personalized or custom-manufactured items;

   b. Intimate apparel and swimwear;

   c. Digital products, including but not limited to:

      i. Downloaded software;

      ii. Digital gift cards;

      iii. Electronic publications;

   d. Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance";

   e. Items that have been used, worn, or altered; or

   f. Items missing original tags or packaging.


2. INTERNATIONAL SALES AND RETURNS


A. International Return Eligibility

1. Geographic Scope

   each specific Seller may accept returns from customers in the following jurisdictions:

   a. Canada;

   b. Member states of the European Union;

   c. United Kingdom;

   d. Australia; and

   e. Other designated territories as specified on our website.


2. Return Requirements

   International returns must comply with all standard return requirements plus:

   a. All customs documentation must be properly completed;

   b. Returns must clear customs in both origin and destination countries;

   c. Required duties and taxes must be paid by the customer; and

   d. International shipping fees are non-refundable.


 B. Region-Specific Policies

1. European Union Customers

   Pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU:

   a. Customers have a statutory right of withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of goods;

   b. Customers must inform us of their decision to withdraw using the standard withdrawal form provided;

   c. each specific Seller or Company shall reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within fourteen (14) days of receiving the withdrawal notice;

   d. Return shipping costs for defective items shall be borne by each specific Seller or the Company;

   e. Customers must return goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from communicating their withdrawal.


2. United Kingdom Customers

   In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations:

   a. A cooling-off period of fourteen (14) days applies from receipt of goods;

   b. Customers must provide clear communication of their intent to return;

   c. Full refunds, including standard delivery costs, will be processed within fourteen (14) days of return receipt;

   d. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless goods are faulty;

   e. Proof of return shipping must be retained by the customer.


3. Canadian Customers

   The following provisions apply to all Canadian returns:

   a. Returns must be initiated within thirty (30) days of delivery;

   b. All duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with returns are the customer's responsibility;

   c. Refunds will be issued in the original payment currency;

   d. GST/HST will be refunded on the returned merchandise value;

   e. Shipping fees, both original and return, are non-refundable.


 C. International Shipping Restrictions
